I am an Early Career Research Associate in UniSA Allied Health & Human Performance.
My research focuses on understanding and improving people's health. In particular, my research seeks to identify psychological and social risk factors for unhealthy behaviours such as poor diet and physical inactivity, or sedentary behaviour. I am also interested in developing innovative programs to help people make and sustain positive lifestyle changes and improve their health and wellbeing.
