Mrs Ruth Lawson

Ruth Lawson is a Registered Nurse who has worked with in both the public and private healthcare sectors for nearly three decades, holding a number of senior clinical and administration roles. She currently holds a lecturing role within the UniSA School of Nursing and Midwifery. Ruth is primarily responsible for educating both internal and external students enrolled in the Bachelor of Nursing program.  Her qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Nursing and a Postgraduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing. She is a dedicated learner who is currently completing a Master of Business Administration to compliment her nursing qualifications and formally endorse her significant experience in senior management. Ruth believes ongoing education is the cornerstone to providing a high standard of person-centred care to the evolving needs of consumers. Ruth is an enthusiastic, supportive and passionate educator who strives to provide a positive learning environment for her students.
