Delivering HRM and leadership courses through the Executive Education program I have extensive professional experience in the higher education sector. My career has included providing strategic advice to senior managers, project and change management, policy development, planning and review, and communication with internal and external audiences. In each of my roles I was committed to process improvement and effective communication. I have strong committee and leadership experience in professional and community groups. I am a Member of the Institute of Company Directors and a non-executive director of Uniting Communities a large and diverse community services provider.
