Dr. Ahmed has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across multiple Australian institutions, including UniSA, Torrens University, and AIH. His teaching expertise spans areas such as relational databases, software engineering, cloud computing, data analytics, blockchain, and user experience design. He is skilled in delivering content through online, blended, and in-person learning environments, and has coordinated courses involving assessment design, practical supervision, and tutor management.
His research interests lie at the intersection of data analytics, privacy-preserving computing, environmental sustainability, and smart systems. He has published extensively in international conferences and journals, with notable work on smart waste management, digital twins, blockchain applications, and software design.
