Sebastien provides strategy and leadership in the Defence and Space sectors both internally and externally with industry, defence and government. Sebastien's core strength is in his ability to lead and develop trust and frameworks of engagement with a wide range of organisations, alongside translating opportunities into real projects. Alongside maintaining a positive attitude, Sebastien is highly accountable and has a strong work ethic and integrity. .
Prior to joining the university sector, Sebastien worked in Africa as a consultant for agro-commercial projects, and participated in many community engagement activities.
