Wireless CDMA Base Station Controller (BSC) Software Version V1R3， 2005: This involved wireless communication signal processing modules, BSC resource management modules, and wireless terminal handover modules. I was the project manager, leading a team of 24 members. The project lasted 8 months and was delivered on time with high quality, contributing over 35000 lines of code.
2. Wireless CDMA Communication BSC Software Development, Version V2R1, 2006 - 2007: I served as the project manager for this version development, leading a team of 46 members. The project spanned 1 year and 4 months, delivering over 54,000 lines of code on time and with high quality. This project involved managing teams across two cities: Shenzhen and Xi'an.
3. Wireless CDMA Communication BSC Software Development, Version V2R3, 2008-2009: In this project, where I was the project manager, our team of 11 members worked over 6 months to deliver more than 12,000 lines of code.
4. Wireless CDMA Communication BSC Software Development, Version V3R6, 2010-2012: As the project manager, I led a team of 52 members across three locations (Shenzhen, Xi'an, and Chengdu). The project lasted 14 months and delivered over 18,000 lines of code.
5. Wireless CDMA Communication BSC Software Development, Version V3R8, 2012-2013: I was the project manager for this version, leading a team of 28 members. The project spanned 7 months, delivering over 14,000 lines of code.
6. Wireless Product Line R&D Department, Shenzhen Division, 2012-2014: I worked as the Deputy Manager of the department, overseeing a staff of 1500 people. My responsibilities included department business planning, performance management, and team skill training and development.
