Sophie Murray is a proud Dieri and Arabana woman living and working on Kaurna Yerta (Adelaide). With a background in management, Aboriginal Studies and business leadership, Sophie has worked across a range of industries to identify, reduce, and remove barriers to access and participation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and communities. In her current role as Partner Engagement Manager for Aboriginal Research, Sophie works to ensure meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, knowledges, and communities. Sophie has owned and operated her own business, working in Cultural Safety and regularly supports the development and delivery of Reconciliation Action Plans.
