Subha Parida is a Lecturer in Management. Subha has been awarded Chancellor's commendation for exceptional PhD work on ‘employee performance in green buildings’. Previously, she was awarded a merit-based scholarship from CRC Low carbon living. She previously worked at Curtin University and was the lead researcher for several research centers: CRC Low Carbon Living, Defence Research and Engagement (Edith Cowan University), and Centre for Innovative Practices (Edith Cowan University).

She previously worked at Curtin University and was the lead researcher for several research centers: CRC Low Carbon Living, Defence Research and Engagement (Edith Cowan University), and Centre for Innovative Practices (Edith Cowan University).
She is currently in the ESG core team for CRC Copper for Tomorrow bid, 2023. At the University of South Australia, she is the lead for Principle Responsible Management Education (PRME). She is also the deputy co-convenor for the ESG Special Interest group in the Assets Institute. She provides leadership support to the sustainability group at UniSA Business, Early Career Researchers (UniSA Business), and ENACTUS. She is currently a committee member for Australian Indian Business Council, SA chapter.
Parida is undertaking research across a range of disciplines such as sustainability, operations, management, and supply chain. Subha also has led several impactful projects across academia, industry and the public sector. Some of the clients Subha has worked for are the Public Sector Commission, Department of Transport, MainRoads, Defence Science and Technology, Hassell, Brookfield, AECOM, UNSW, and Monash University.
Subha has published in several reputed conferences, journal articles, industry reports, and book chapters. Further, she has been active in disseminating the results from the projects at reputed conferences, seminars, and workshops.
