Subha has published in several reputed conferences, journal articles, industry reports and book chapters. Further, she has been active in disseminating the results from the projects in reputed conferences, seminars and workshops. Recently she published in the Journal of Cleaner Production (ABDC: A). She is a member of the Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management.
Subha is a skilled and trusted professional, researcher, program manager with over five years of research experience across various disciplines such as sustainability, operations, management and supply chain. Subha also has significant experience in impactful projects across academia, industry and the public sector. Some of the industry partners that Subha has worked for are the Public Sector Commission, Department of Transport, MainRoads, Defence Science and Technology, Hassell, Brookfield, AECOM, UNSW and Monash University.
Subha has provided leadership in guiding teams in developing, deploying, implementing, and managing academic projects. She has been a trusted team member and lead researcher for several research centers: CRC Low Carbon Living, Defence Research and Engagement (ECU), and Centre for Innovative Practices (ECU). She continues collaborating with multidisciplinary researchers, industry and government for projects.
Subha was recently awarded Associate Fellow of Higher Education (AFHEA). She also worked with the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Working group at Curtin University. She was invited as a speaker at Curtin University: 'Using Creative Curriculum Design to support employability and Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)'. Within the teaching and innovation, she is the primary investigator of a project that examines the effectiveness of online teaching using different learning management tools such as Blackboard, Moodle, and Canvas.
Subha’s research interests include performance in green buildings, Green HRM, and sustainability.
