Dr. Sumin Kim is a lecturer in Property at the UniSA Business. His main research interests include Building Sustainability, PropTech and Behavioural Real Estate. Most notably, he has conducted several studies on NABERS and Green Star certified green buildings in Australia. Hitherto, he has received several academic awards including two best paper awards, one best presentation award, one PhD publication award and one commendation for teaching excellence.
