Dr Susie Chant has owned many successful and award-winning hospitality businesses in South Australia and has also worked as a successful chef in several locations around the world, including Blenheim Palace in England and Grand Cayman Island. In addition, Susie is a judge and panel chair for the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, where she judges commercial food products. She has a PhD in Food Localism (food ethics), a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Masters in Gastronomy, and currently teaches at post graduate and undergraduate level in the areas of entrepreneurship, business ethics and tourism.
