Tamara is a Clinical Nurse and a casual tutor within the School of Nursing and Midwifery. After three years spent working in several clinical settings within the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, she returned to South Australia to focus her clinical skills in the Paediatric Emergency setting. Tamara has a keen interest in trauma and disaster managment, as well as caring for children with special needs. Whilst working clinically and teaching, Tamara is completing her Masters in Emergency Nursing and raising a young family.
