After beginning my journalistic career in a small country newspaper I moved to the ABC where I worked as a presenter, reporter, and producer. These roles enabled me to work within local and state radio programs and to contribute to national current affairs programs. After a lot of travelling for work and pleasure I settled in to a quiet life on a sheep station north of Port Augusta, where I continued working as a freelance journalist. Having recently moved with my family to Adelaide, I completed a criminology degree and am now thrilled to be entering an exciting new phase in academia.
