I am Program Director for the Exercise and Sport Science portfolio, a Senior Lecturer in Exercise Science, and a nutrition and exercise science researcher within the Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA) at the University of South Australia. I am also an Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Accredited Exercise Scientist. My research interests are in investigating the role that dietary intake and physical activity play in regulating body weight status and cardio-metabolic disease risk.
