I am a senior lecturer in exercise science and a nutrition and exercise science researcher in the Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA) at the University of South Australia. My research interests are in investigating the role that dietary intake and physical activity play in regulating body weight status and cardio-metabolic disease risk.
