Dr Kolar holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from UniSA, and has extensive industry experience, having worked in senior consulting and management roles for a range of organisations including CSC and Motorola. Dr Kolar is an experienced manager in higher education, focusing on academic program management, research management, and industry engagement. She has held various positions at UniSA, including Future Industries Institute Manager, Business School Program Director: Research Education, Business School Director: External Engagement, and Acting Dean of Graduate Studies, and has achieved outstanding results in providing transparent interactions and solutions that meet the needs of all parties while mitigating the risk to the organisation.
