Wen Qi Zhang received his BSc (Applied Physics) in 2004 from Shanghai University, P. R. China, and his Masters and PhD in Science in 2006 and 2012, respectively, from University of Adelaide in Australia. He stayed at the same university for a few more years as a post-doctoral research associate until 2016 when he joined University of South Australia. He is currently a research fellow at the Laser Physics and Photonics Devices Laboratory of University of South Australia.
